  • To the metropolis' Haussmanian wide front, we oppose a succession of events: conference center, urban square, Sports Arena, office tower, hotel tower, as well as a gallery connecting all of said events.

Program: new equipments as well as re-engineered, high-tech Paris Expo main entrance facade • Convention & conference center (3.200 seats), office tower (30,000 sq.m.), luxury 4-star hotel • Built area: 30,000 sq.m.
