• Constraints: through careful analysis of the building's specifics, we discovered that a sensible 8- to 9-theater ampliation could only work if spread over 4 levels, from basement to 3rd floor. Furthermore, the complex objective to maintain two 200- and 300-seat theaters needed to keep them on the same level
